The minimum rental period is only during the high season for two weeks.

From 4 weeks: 5% discount.

Long term rental from 8 weeks: 20% discount.

Within 12 weeks: 25% discount.

Please leave the house cleaned, so the tenant finds a clean house.

The cleaning fee is for villa vita 150.00 € plus laundry, window cleaning or separate sanitary and repair costs, and necessary maintenance.

The Mietcaution of 300,00 € is to be paid separate. The Mietcaution after damage-free return of rental house and cleaned by the tenant, paid back by us.

Outside the high season, plus gas to consumption and package 50,00 € / per week for electricity.

House Villa Vita

North has a roof terrace with shade and sea views as far as Corsica. Here I sit in the evening always cherished! Including a further terrace on the lower level and a 3.te terrace to the east side is where the sunrise. Two bedrooms have access to these terraces. The house was completely renovated in 2007 and has fully equipped. The land is divided with a separate landscaped Sardinian stone wall behind it is our 70.000qm large property, so you should have enough space. Far below is an orchard, that we have created new from 2004. Mandarins, lemons, olives, figs and 10 other fruits are in season pflückbereit. Please pick only as much as you can eat yourself. Ask our fruit farmers. Perhaps it is also something for me? Here I could write so much .... But best to ask what you think important. I inform and advise you gladly!

This house offers plenty of space for 4 people, but is also perfect with 6 people or 8 people a booking is possible since 2 extra beds are available! Often I am asked by families traveling with like 2 families. That works just fine. But should his villa vita times assigned to your reservation period, would also villaverde (4-5 pers.) And vita villa (2-4 pers.) Are to be booked together of two families because the houses are located right next to each other. So you would then have an alternative holiday with two families to spend together. Even large families, group tours or companies are welcome for those who plan on time and booked, can travel at up to 17 people total. For long-term bookings e.g. Early retirees have the mild winter to spend there, I can offer special rates. Long-term rentals, senior travel, travel training, training seminars, anything is possible, we plan to enjoy working with you.

Rena Majors is a small resort, which lies about 7 km south of St. Teresa. In this place you find anything that could be important in a tourist resort. But the best there is the white sandy beach where you can really have a stretch of beach for themselves. Well, that was the reason why I have built my house there at that time. The location is really ideal to go on trips and to relax. It is in the quiet of nature, but central zone. Silk summer 2007, we have a boat there. If you have a boating license, then you ask for me, it could be rented! But even with the car's location is an ideal base for day trips to take. Whether Corsica, beach cove, the beautiful islands, rock climbing at capo testa or horseback riding, mountain biking or lounging on the terrace, there's no boredom here! And the restaurants in the area are really good! I have long sought to find so great area!
