The minimum rental period is only during the high season for two weeks.

From 4 weeks: 5% discount.

Long term rental from 8 weeks: 20% discount.

Within 12 weeks: 25% discount.

Please leave the house cleaned, so the tenant finds a clean house.

The cleaning fee is for VillaVino 120,00 € plus laundry, window cleaning or separate sanitary and repair costs, and necessary maintenance.

The Mietcaution of 300,00 € is to be paid separate. The Mietcaution after damage-free return of rental house and cleaned by the tenant, paid back by us.

Outside the high season, plus gas to consumption and package 50,00 € / per week for electricity.

House Villa Vino

is a totally rustic cottages. It was built by an Italian architect of Milan originally built as his summer house. Small and compact, absolutely traditional Sardinian architecture and a really solid build quality with a very special style. You will sleep in the double bed in the 'upstairs' and two extra beds there. Toll a couple or small family with up to 2 kids. The south terrace is great for grilling or for an early morning breakfast. The vineyard is located just outside the door. Use it, eat grapes as much as you like, or try our wine. Talk to our growers to. The property is completely fenced, has 8.000qm is about and also your dog welcome! On the terrace, a grill is made of cement. With grilled fish or meat here is to quickly Mediterranean feel. You can book a week, but I recommend at least 2 weeks because it is easy to detect much. I advise you-just call!

Our three homes are still without the famous Italian crowds. Here you will find pure relaxation. But even for shopping or evening trip to the piazza of St. Teresa Rena majors or are just a few kilometers. Rena Majors is a small resort, which lies about 7 km south of St. Teresa. In this place you find anything that could be important in a tourist resort. But the best there is the white sandy beach where you can really have a stretch of beach for themselves. Well, that was the reason why I have built my house there at that time. The location is really ideal to go on trips and to relax. It is in the quiet of nature, but central zone. Silk summer 2007, we have a boat there. If you have a boating license, then you ask for me, it could be rented! But even with the car's location is an ideal base for day trips to take. Whether Corsica, beach cove, the beautiful islands, rock climbing at capo testa or horseback riding, mountain biking or lounging on the terrace, there's no boredom here! And the restaurants in the area are really good! I have long sought to find so great area!
